Welcome on the site of Gallery Godá/Academy of Russian Arts.

In 2003 “Gallery Godá”opened its doors in the cultural heart of Amsterdam with the objective by means of exhibitions, to unite artists from different cultures.

Artemil, the representative of “The Academy of Russian Arts”, was founded in 1986 in the Netherlands and was active in architecture all over the world. During his travels, the founder was confronted with many expressions in visual arts and the basis was laid for an art collection. In 1996 the first contacts were made with the Russian art world.

These first contacts led to an introduction at the famous “Repin Academy of Arts” in St. Petersburg in 1998 and Artemil was invited to represent “The Academy of Russian Arts” outside Russia.

The first exposition was opened in 1999 and since then more than 30 artists were introduced in The Netherlands, England, Germany, Monaco and USA.

The site gives an impression of the collection of an average of 800 works of art which are in stock.

Although we maintain the site regularly, it might occur that a shown work has been sold.
